Initial Consultation $75
This involves a body composition analysis along
with nutriton assessment. You will be given
recommendations for your food choices based
on your medical history, family’s medical
history and lifestyle goals.
Review Consultation $55
Healthy eating and lifestyle modi cation is a
journey and changes in your program may be
needed. At your review consultation we review
your body composition analysis and discuss
changes in your program.
Meal Replacement
We provide meal replacement programs for
rapid weight loss. Typically it is recommended
for those who require rapid weight loss for
surgery or metabolic disorders.
Group Programs
Our focus in the groups is to give you the skills
needed to self manage your diabetes. The
groups last for 8 weeks and the initial assessment
is $80 and includes resources for the
program.
Supermarket Tours $200
This is a four week program covering a range of
nutrition areas including
- Diabetes
- Heart Disease
- Food Allergy & Intolerance
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
